Try your luck at the Dawn Club casino, enjoy a cigar and a cognac at the Havana Club, or take in a show at the Stardust Theater. Monday, January 28: At sea Lecture by Dr. Peter Personal Growth Group with Dr. Peter Visit the fitness center or volleyball courts. Indulge yourself at the spa or with a hot tub session. Sit poolside with a cocktail or catch up on your reading in the library. At night, drink champagne at Gatsby's or share a pint at the Pearly Kings Pub. Tuesday, January 29: Roatán, Bay Islands, Honduras A small island off the coast of Honduras, Roatán is surrounded by the world's second largest barrier reef, which makes it an ideal location for snorkeling and scuba diving. Roatán is famous for its large marine reserve, designed to protect the coral reef and promote sustainable fishing, as well as its eco-tourist attractions. Visitors can interact with dolphins at Tabyana Beach or learn about the island's history, culture, and landscape on an extensive guided tour. Excursions available:
Belize Once the heart of Mayan civilization, Belize now offers travelers the opportunity to experience the architecture and history of that lost culture. The country's lush jungles and rainforests contain a rich array of flora and fauna and form one of the most biologically diverse areas in the world. The rivers in Belize are perfect for rafting and kayaking, and Belize City has a variety of popular tourist attractions, including the Swing Bridge, which is the only functioning manually operated bridge in existence. Thursday, January 31:
Costa Maya The port of Costa Maya features saltwater pools and bustling "swim up" cocktail bars, as well as a large shopping area. The nearby Yucatán jungle hosts exotic birds, butterflies, monkeys, and the occasional jaguar. Travelers who sign up for the excursion to the Chacchoben Mayan Ruins will have the chance to climb the pyramid and see the newly discovered ruins of this once sacred space. Excursions available:
Friday, February 1: Cozumel Just a short trip from Mexico's Yucatán Peninsula, Cozumel has some of the best fishing and snorkeling in the world. This popular cruise destination has over 300 restaurants serving a wide array of international cuisines, along with numerous bars and night clubs. Travelers who sign up for the dolphin excursion will visit a dolphinarium and have the chance to spend forty minutes swimming with dolphins. Excursions available:
Saturday, February 2: At sea Personal Growth Group with Dr. Peter Make the most of your final day at sea by meeting with Anthony for a mentoring session, seeking spiritual direction from Fr. Morrow, or participating in Dr. Peter's final personal growth session. Spend a quiet moment on deck enjoying the ocean view and sea air.
